Upon his graduation from UTSA, Mr. Orozco has relentlessly pursued the passion and promise of the Real Estate industry. At a time when many where unsure of their post-graduation plans, Jorge was decisive and dove right into the business. Within a year of having earned his business degree, Jorge was employed as a General Realtor with John Notzon Realty, a successful San Antonio-based firm involved in existing home/new home sales and rentals.
Feeling a connection with new home sales, Jorge found his next opportunity with Casa Linda Homes. It was at this firm that that he found his passion with helping new, first time buyers get into their dream home, and refined his product knowledge with regards to project management, business development, and financing. He was deeply involved in marketing and sales campaigns for these new communities.
In January of 2008, Jorge reconnected with his hometown and joined the award winning team at Laredo-based Armadillo Home’s and their aggressive expansion into the San Antonio market.
After 4 years of success in a challenging market place, Jorge then became involved with Lennar Homes and Village builders of San Antonio- first in new home sales, then as Director of International Business Relationships. He quickly rose as one of the top salesman in his division and greatly expanded his geographic reach.
